We are a group of independent consultants

We do fair management consulting and technology consulting. We learned our craft at world-class consulting firms.

Our team uses experience for the benefit of our clients. We are result-oriented and work on challenging and complex projects for large companies with tight deadlines. Anything less would be boring.

Brights is an opportunity for us to combine the freedom of freelancing with the background and opportunities of a consulting firm.

We know where you stand right now and we are the same - overworked consultants, juggling the pressures of management and the demands of those below us. Working for pay that didn't match our experience, performance or time stolen from our families. At this stage, you have exactly three options to move on - climb to a management position, get hired by a client, or try it on your own.

It's getting on your own two feet that Brights will help you with. You won't get everything on a silver platter with us, but you will get the chance to build your own name and business with the support of like-minded partners.
